How do I personalise my gift?
On the product page, type the name, initials or message you would like engraved into the personalisation box before adding to cart. Our team double-checks every order before engraving.
Can I see a preview before you engrave?
Yes. For custom text we can send a quick preview on WhatsApp or email on request. Just add a note at checkout.
How many characters can be engraved?
Most rings and pendants fit up to 12–15 characters; larger pieces fit more. The limit is shown on every product page.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Personalised orders are crafted in 2–4 working days and delivered in 3–6 working days across India. Express shipping is available in select cities.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes in India. Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
Can I send the gift directly to someone else?
Of course. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and add a gift message – we will leave out the invoice.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalised items are made just for you, so they can only be replaced if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it dry, avoid perfume and chemicals, and store it in the pouch provided. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery (select pin codes).
