You may return unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can arrange a pickup.
Personalised items
Personalised products are made specially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or engraved incorrectly by us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us a photo or unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery at orders@finetaraa.com and we will replace the item free of charge.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item. Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before engraving begins. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
